Kirk & Co. developed a strategic communications and consultation program for the implementation of Draft Conceptual Design, the first phase of consultation and planning for the BC Children’s and BC Women’s Redevelopment project. Kirk & Co. worked closely with the project team to implement the communications and consultation program, which included internal stakeholder meetings, one-on-one interviews, a discussion guide and feedback form and a consultation summary report.
Background
The BC Children’s and BC Women’s Redevelopment Project included a three-phase initiative to improve care at BC Children’s and BC Women’s hospitals. Designed with patients, their families and care teams in mind, the redevelopment project’s vision was for a campus of patient-centred care that operates in an environment of quality, excellence and innovation.
