Susan has more than 17 years of major project communications and community engagement experience across British Columbia. Susan has extensive experience with all stages of major capital infrastructure projects, from project definition, to regulatory review and construction and has particular expertise communicating technical and often controversial projects and policies in a manner that builds understanding and support.
Susan has been directly involved in the development of some of British Columbia’s largest and most complex projects spanning a range of sectors and industries, including transportation, mining, and energy. Most recently, Susan has contributed to several projects and initiatives in the Kitimat-Stikine region, including the LNG Canada Project, Rio Tinto’s aluminium smelter and the Coastal GasLink Project.
As a proud and long-time British Columbia resident, Susan has an extensive network and well-proven relationships with stakeholders, subject matter experts and suppliers across BC, including northwest BC.
