For more than 25 years, Rebecca Catley has been responsible for developing and leading corporate communications and public relations programs in support of corporate strategy at local, national and international levels. Her versatile skill set includes anticipating issues and on-the-spot problem solving, as well as mapping out major public relations campaigns in support of multi-billion-dollar projects in Canada and internationally. Rebecca has held senior communications positions related to corporate mergers and major asset acquisitions in North America—in transportation, commercial real estate and infrastructure development. In addition to providing strategic counsel in both the private- and public-sectors, she is also recognized for effective issues management, media training and community relations.

Rebecca is based in Vancouver and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Queen’s University in Kingston.
