Elizabeth is a communications consultant with extensive experience in strategic communications, media relations, and community and stakeholder engagement. She has advised Canadian and international organizations in sectors such as transportation, mining, and energy. Elizabeth brings a unique blend of agency and political experience to support her clients.
Before joining Kirk & Co., Elizabeth worked on provincial and federal election campaigns, conducted research and communications for the Official Opposition of British Columbia, led communication efforts for the Official Opposition in the Scottish Parliament, and spearheaded fundraising efforts in British Columbia for the federal governing party. She also served on the board of directors for the Canadian Women Voters Congress and currently holds the position of Marketing and Promotions Chair for the Victoria Highland Games Association and the Victoria Scottish Cultural Centre.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Victoria.
