Stephanie Maniago is a versatile communications professional with more than 15 years experience in strategic and corporate communications, media relations, crisis management, content development and publications.

Prior to joining Kirk & Co., Stephanie served as Manager, Communications at Canucks Sports & Entertainment where she became the first woman to hold such a role at a Canadian National Hockey League team. She played a lead role in the development and execution of high-profile communications plans, oversaw the organization’s publications and provided communications and content support for theme nights and events. Working in one of the NHL’s largest markets, she also provided media training and interview preparation to executives and hockey personnel, helping to procure over 400 one-one-one interviews and 300 team/coach media availability sessions on an annual basis.

Stephanie lives in Vancouver and holds a Bachelors of Arts (Major in Communications and Minor in History) from Simon Fraser University.
