Carmen Bennett leads the development and implementation of communications and engagement strategies for projects across sectors. She develops strong working relationships with project teams and has supported a number of clients in achieving their communications objectives, including the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, CN Railway, and the B.C. Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.
Carmen is a skilled writer, editor, and researcher with an innate ability to understand and translate complex technical information into tailored content for a variety of materials, audiences, and platforms. Her background includes experience in public relations and media relations, as well as event marketing and management for a range of public, private, and non-profit sector projects.
Raised in the Central Okanagan, Carmen lives in Vancouver and holds a Master of Arts (Public Policy) from King’s College London, a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) from the University of British Columbia, and a Public Relations certificate from Simon Fraser University.
